Esteemed Colleague,

Summer officially began last Friday, which is the perfect time to reflect on the year that was and what we might have in store in 2025-26. As you plan the year ahead, it's worth taking a moment to explore this learning experience where students felt seen and known and how you might create that feeling in every learner you serve. To do so will require leaders (at all levels of the system) to reshape their understanding of change and consider what they should start, stop, and continue in the year ahead.

Ultimately, when learners, educators, and communities lead together, a learner-centered future feels a little more within reach. We hope the stories and resources below will support that journey.

Enjoy!
