Dear Educator,

On July 21st, in partnership with Learning Policy Institute, we are kicking off two virtual learning series for school and district leadership teams!

Every Monday for four weeks, we'll be exploring two learning paths:

  1. School Design for Learner-Centered Ecosystems (9-10:30am PT)
  2. Distributed Leadership for Transformational Change (11am-12:30pm PT)

For the best experience, we recommend and encourage teams of 3-7 educators to register and attend together.

More information on each learning series is provided below. Check it out and let us know if you have any questions πŸ™‚.

See you soon!

WEBINAR SERIES DESCRIPTION

Scaling a learner-centered approach across a school or district requires intentionally designed structures and systems that act as levers for lasting change. Districts play a key role in setting policy and allocating resources. Still, much of the change happens at the school level, where significant autonomy and flexibility shape what learning looks like in the classroom.

Learn more about school design and work with your team to develop a vision and implementation plan, and get a head start on your learner-centered redesign journey.

By the end of this four-part series, your team will have:

  • A documented vision of redesign priorities
  • An inventory of assets and strengths
  • Identified next steps for its redesign journey

WEBINAR SERIES DESCRIPTION

Leadership in a learner-centered world is not about having all the answers; it’s about creating the conditions for others to innovate, take risks, and grow. Distributed leadership ensures that decision-making is shared, diverse voices contribute to solutions, and leadership is not confined to titles but extends to all community members (including, and especially, students).

Learn more about why distributed leadership is required to realize your community's learner-centered vision and begin the next academic year with a game plan for bringing this leadership structure to life.

By the end of this four-part series, your team will have:

  • A documented vision of redesign priorities
  • A list of key contributors
  • Concrete next steps to activate distributed leadership
