Igniting a Learner-Centered Paradigm

Esteemed Colleagues,

While I often advocate for a forward-oriented focus on “where the puck is going,” to paraphrase hockey great Wayne Gretzky, for many of us the key tasks at hand right now involve navigating the next hour, day, or week. In these moments it is helpful to:

1. Listen to our learners
2. Focus on our circle of influence
3. Connect with community
