As it has been nearly one year since the launch of Learner-Centered Collaborative, our team took a few days to connect in the mountains in Colorado. We spent two days connecting in-person, reflecting on our work and impact, and looking ahead to what is possible.
Margaret Wheatley reminds us:
“Without reflection, we go blindly on our way, creating more unintended consequences, and failing to achieve anything useful.”
Even with the best of intentions, we can miss the mark if we don’t stop and pause to reflect. For this week's Bright Spot, I'm highlighting the importance of reflection in our work to bring about the greatest impact.
With Gratitude,
Katie
