Dear Educator,
If you like learning and you like reading, we have a fun one today from our CEO, Devin Vodicka.
Fun fact about Devin, if you were to show him a list of the 10 most popular movies of all time, he's likely seen none of them. Instead, he's busy cozying up with a book like Bohm's Quantum Theory (true story).
Today, we're taking advantage of his love for reading (and keeping the theoretical physics for another time). We asked Devin to share the top three books he would recommend any learner-centered educator add to their reading list, and here they are:
- Schools That Learn by Peter Senge - "This is an excellent resource with practical guidance about systems thinking and educational systems."
- A Simpler Way by Margaret Wheatley and Myron Rogers - "A powerful read about the importance of relationships."
- Race After Technology by Ruha Benjamin "For important insights about incorporating diversity into the design and development of technology tools."
Now that you've heard from Devin, he has a request from you. What book do you think he should add to his list in the new year? No topics or genres are off limits!
Share your suggestion by responding directly to this email.
See you tomorrow!
